About this Event
The Moth StorySLAMs are story telling competitions where the stage is open to any and all with a story to tell on the evening's theme.
THEME: ONLY IN NYC
Prepare a five-minute story about the concrete jungle where dreams are made of! Yankees vs. Mets, Bodega cats or pizza rats, crying on the subway then hustling to work in a New York minute. Tell us what brought you here and what makes you stay. Have you survived a near face-kick from a subway showtime performance? Have you earned your stripes by clearing a mid-winter slush puddle? Does the corner store know how you take your coffee? Love it or hate it, share stories of what makes the city all worth it. Thanks, I'll get uhhhh baconeggandcheeseonarollwithsaltandpepper.
