If you know, you know....…that this is the Annual Subdivision Yard Sale Event everyone knows about and looks forward to every single year now. Why? How? Because it's become so GOSH DARN MASSIVE we had to stop calling is a Subdivision Yard Sale and had to start calling it a Subdivision Swap Meet!! When you have nearly 100 homes participating in a subdivision of 240 homes plus all kinds of food trucks to make sure that you are fed and hydrated with the proper facilities to accommodate our guests, this stopped being just another subdivision yard sale event a while ago.
From on site porta potties, plenty of trash bins, a playground for the little ones, a participation map that shows every detail you can think of...we have this event is now dialed in to ensure a fun, safe and successful event for everyone to look forward to and enjoy year after year.
