From Stradbally, Ireland, where my journey began, to Trenton, New Jersey, where it continues, I’ve always believed that a pub is more than just four walls and a bar top. It’s memory. It’s heritage. A story of friendship, heritage, and the spirit of gathering. A story we’ve chosen to seal into oak and christen with a name that means everything to us:
