Join us and Jenna Spurlock (she/her), for an evening of sound healing, chakra cleansing, calming our minds, and letting go of all tension. The best part? All you have to do is lay or sit comfortably and enjoy the space to quiet your mind. Tickets are NON REFUNDABLE, NON TRANSFERABLE.
During the sound bath, you will:
- Chill out and reconnect to breathing
- Have the option to journal if you want
- Experience the gentle sound frequencies of crystal bowls
What is Sound Healing or Sound Baths?
Our bodies are made up of water. Water reacts to vibrations. When you enjoy a sound bath, you are able to connect your body's unique frequence to the sound waves. This ancient healing helps us connect to higher frequencies, reawaken our cells, and promotes healing by pausing the overload of stimulus we feel day to day. We can attempt to lessen fatigue, gain creativity, and battle our brain fog. (Literally everyone has brain fog from the last 4 years, right?)
READ ME- Tickets are NON REFUNDABLE, NON TRANSFERABLE. Please BYOP (bring your own props/pillow/blanket to help you get cozy). We have chairs and 3 benches, too. Position to your comfort. If you have migraines, vertigo, or auditory concerns, please let us know when you arrive. We can help ease in the space.

Tickets are NON REFUNDABLE, NON TRANSFERABLE. Ticket is good for this specific sound healing date but our monthly schedule is below. Please arrive early to set up. DOOR IS LOCKED at start time and again, tickets are non-refundable. If you are calling prior to the event, understand that our team is actively setting up and working and not always available to answer calls. If you are not reasonably sure you can attend, you may come as a walk-in, if space is available. If you are late, we are unable to let you in. This is for safety. This is non-negotiable. If weather or traffic are bad, please allow plenty of time to arrive. We are not able to answer phone calls within the hours leading up to the event because we are setting up. Ticket transfer requests could result in a $15 fee.
