Learn the secrets of a Virtual Assistant and how you can streamline your processes to save time and stress. Erin and Carly will be sharing behind the scenes insights after working together for over 5 years. You'll learn how to create a well oiled machine and run a business in a Life-Friendly way.
We will discuss Time Management, Productivity, Automation and Time Mindset.
Erin is a The Life-Friendly Business Mentor and Host of The Life-Friendly Business Podcast. She left a career in TV Production 16 years ago when she had her first son, in search of a better work/life balance. She is the author of Mumpreneur Evolution and named in the #ialso Top 100 Female Founders in 2024.
Carly is a Virtual Assistant, course creator and client/VA match-maker. She supports female entrepreneurs smash their to-do lists by taking on the tasks that don’t need to be done by them. Freeing them up to focus on the money-making tasks in their businesses OR to spend time doing the things they love outside of work. Having created a successful VA business for herself over the last 7 years she is now passionate about inspiring and supporting other women to create the same freedom and flexibility.
