Join us for a one-day immersion into The Modern Samurai Retreat, a rare opportunity to explore the timeless path of the warrior in harmony with the Earth. Beneath the canopy of cypress and oak, by the gentle waters of the St. Sebastian River, you are invited to move, meditate, create, and feast — fully present, fully alive.
This curated day will weave together ancient ZEN Philosphy, immersive workshops, Earth-to-Table meals, and eco-exploration, all within the regenerative sanctuary of ChoZen Retreat.
The Experience
- Grounding Earth-to-Table Lunch — Gather and break bread, nourishing body & spirit.
- Guided Permaculture Tour — Discover the living systems that sustain this sacred land, where human hands tend nature with care and reverence.
- Samurai Callipgrahy Workshop — Cultivate the stillness within motion, the art of awareness in every step and breath.
- Eco Explorations & Kayaking — Flow with the river’s rhythm or wander forest trails to awaken the senses.
- Immersive Night Experience — As twilight settles, witness a collaborative performance of live calligraphy and charcoal co-creation, where ancient artistry merges with modern expression in a 360º sensory journey.

- 12:30 PM – Arrival & Check-In at Harvest House (black A-frame building at the roundabout)
- 1:00 PM – Earth-to-Table Lunch
- 2:30 PM – Permaculture Tour
- 3:00 PM – Samurai Calligraphy Workshop
- 5:30 PM – Choose Your Path: Eco Explorations / Kayaking
- 7:00 PM – Soul Nourishing Dinner
- 8:00 PM – Sensei x Circle Live Performance — Calligraphy, charcoal, and frequency woven into an unforgettable creative experience.
