FAQs:
What do I need to bring?
• Wear comfortable clothing that you can move and relax in. Mats and blocks will be provided but if you have your own yoga mat, blocks or bolsters then feel free to bring these. If you get chilly then please bring along a blanket and enough layers for each activity.
Can I come alone?
• Absolutely! This space is supportive and relaxed, you’ll feel at ease whether you’re with friends or coming for some well-deserved time to yourself.
I have an injury or condition – can I still join?
• Please reach out before booking to discuss anything you’d like me to be aware of. Most practices are adaptable.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
• Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person.
