Join Scott Treatman, DO, MPH, and Lisa Terry, LCSW, for a 4-week, 90-minute-per-session mindfulness program designed to cultivate self-compassion, reduce stress, and strengthen emotional balance. With over 50 years of combined experience teaching mindfulness-based programs, Scott and Lisa bring a depth of knowledge and compassion to their teaching.Based on the world-renowned Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) method developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn, this course blends guided practices with practical tools to help you bring more presence, clarity, and calm into daily life. Together, we’ll explore how mindfulness and self-compassion can shift the way we relate to stress—allowing us to respond with greater steadiness, insight, and kindness, both toward ourselves and others.
An optional half-day retreat is included for those who wish to deepen the experience.
