We will be using several books as our guide — not to “study” it, but to apply simple thinking principles that help people avoid the mistakes that keep them stuck for years.

Ruth Dorsainville is a business strategist, leadership coach, and founder of multiple companies in recruitment, leadership development, and marketing systems. She works with entrepreneurs and leaders at various stages of growth — from early clarity to high-level execution.
This book club was created because growth doesn’t start with scaling.
It starts with how you think.
