Join us The Mental Wealth Workshop for a day of beach cleaning and mental wellness activities. Let's come together to not only clean up our shore but also declutter our minds through mindfulness exercises and group discussions. This event is a great opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals, give back to the community, and take care of your mental health. We've teamed up with the California Coastal Commission through the Parks, Recreation and Marine Department of Long Beach to help care for our shore. Collection bags and gloves will be provided.
