Nutrition and Lifestyle coach Ayesha, is back at Narture to bring you a workshop all about what to eat in menopause.
What we eat really matters! Menopause is linked to many uncomfortable symptoms, and increases your risk of certain diseases. Your diet can help reduce symptoms and ease the transition. It is then important for us to eat nourishing foods during this transitional period. Ayesha will be discussing the best foods to be eating during peri menopause and menopause, looking at the right foods to feed your body and why, and we will discuss how to manage stress, mood, weight and sleep with the power of food.
