Every Sunday from 11:00 AM–12:00 PM, Mystic Hollow opens its doors a little early for a gentle, grounding Meditative Hour before the shop opens.This is a free, come-as-you-are class where you can:
• settle your nervous system
• breathe, soften, and reset for the week ahead
• sit in quiet reflection or guided meditation
• connect with the peaceful energy of the space before the bustle of the day
Bring a journal, water, or simply yourself.
Arrive a few minutes early to get comfortable — we’ll begin at 11 AM and close the container at 12 PM.
