- Breathwork & guided meditation
- Sound Therapy with live instruments like singing bowls, flute, and soothing vocals

What to bring:
- Yoga mat, blanket, cushions for sitting and laying on the floor (chairs available if needed)

- Water in a reusable bottle (not disposable plastic as these can "pop")
- Optional: Medicine song, drum, or rattle
No singing experience needed - just an open heart and voice! Singing together in community is a powerful way to connect and elevate our emotional state.
