About this Event
The Medicine of Spring: Plants
Come join us at Clary Sage Herbarium with Amy Terepka for an evening of learning about the healing qualities of plants in the Spring season. As the earth awakens, we’ll explore how different plants can support our bodies and spirits through this time of renewal and transition.
In this workshop, we’ll take time to reflect on how spring’s energy moves through our systems, sharing our experiences in small groups. We’ll explore both the physical and psycho-spiritual medicinal properties of seasonal plants, discussing their role in cleansing, nourishment, and revitalization. We’ll also make space for a meditative tea experience (bring your mug) to deepen our connection with one of spring’s key herbal allies.
These events are a wonderful combination of cozy, intimate, reflective, and engaging. We hope to see you there!
