Led by author & speaker, Alisa Simeral, you’ll dig into the critical differences between pedagogy (how children learn) and andragogy (how adults learn)- and discover how understanding those distinctions can completely transform how you design and deliver learning for adults.
Through hands-on practice, fresh strategies, and real-time feedback, you’ll explore how to structure content for clarity, design flow for engagement, and adapt your delivery to meet diverse adult learners where they are. Along the way, you’ll tackle the real challenges every presenter faces: mastering storytelling techniques, strengthening your stage presence, and navigating disruptions and disruptors with confidence and ease.
