We’ll cover key points of organization infrastructure that simplify management and increase growth, along with detailed instruction on how to quickly detect, investigate and remedy non-performing areas of your practice.

•Your executive “toolkit,” what to do and when to stimulate growth.
•Meetings: which ones should you be having to increase coordination and growth, and how should they be run.
•Investigatory technology: When an area is not “functioning,” it can be difficult to find the real reason and its appropriate remedy. Not anymore! You’ll learn the ins and outs of organizational investigatory techniques, giving you the ability to discover the exact problem and develop a solution that shows up as increased growth!
