About this Event

Welcome to The Mankind Campaign, a transformative wellness experience centered on men’s health, community, and connection.

This October, during Mental Health Screening Month, we’re bringing together leaders in fitness, wellness, and community engagement to de-stigmatize men’s self-care, highlight men in wellness leadership, and provide accessible resources for all people.

Each evening blends intentional movement sessions (yoga, HIIT, meditation) with guided conversations on topics like masculinity, belonging, and healthy relationships. Alongside movement and dialogue, attendees will have access to community partners, local health resources, and Lululemon giveaways.

Professionally filmed experiences
Yoga mat giveaways (20 per event)
