Getting ready for birth happens on three “petals”; the emotional, the practical and the physical. Join our friends from doula company The New York Baby for tips on how to build yourself up in each of these areas. From simple meditation techniques to hospital bag must-haves and gentle exercises to prepare you for labor, we hope this session will give you the best chance of a positive birth and postpartum experience.
