This group is for pregnant women and moms with kids ages 2 and under.
Motherhood is beautiful, but it’s also messy, emotional, and full of moments no one prepares you for. Whether you're pregnant, holding a newborn, or chasing toddlers, you deserve a space to exhale, be heard, and feel supported.
Join this free weekly online peer support group, created for pregnant women, new moms, and moms of young children, and led by an experienced social worker and fellow mama. This is a safe, judgment-free space where real talk is welcome.
We’ll explore topics like:
- Anxiety & Depression During Pregnancy and Postpartum
- Mom Guilt & Mental Load
- Feeding Challenges & Stigma
- Identity Shifts & Relationship Changes
- Navigating Family Transitions
- And anything else that’s on your heart
Keep in mind this is not therapy. It's peer support, mom to mom facilitated by an experienced social worker mama. Come as you are, whether you’re still expecting, recovering postpartum, or in the thick of toddler life.
You’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it all out by yourself.
Weekly Meetings on Mondays | 10–11:30 AM (ET)
Important Information: You only need to register once! Although this is a recurring weekly event, a single registration gives you access to all sessions. You’re welcome to join us every week or simply attend the sessions that work best for you.
