Join master watercolourist Vaughn Butland for an artist talk on the problems and technical aspects of watercolour paintingand the difficulties of the medium.
This will be followed by a demonstration and an open discussion about the medium and its counterparts in general.

Vaughn Butland Bio:
Vaughn Butland has been painting professionally for thirty-five years. He has had over twenty-five one-man shows and is in corporate and private collections across Canada and the United States.
During his career, he has taught numerous workshops along with drawing and painting instruction in his studio for fifteen years. He has published twelve art cards, eighteen gift cards, and fifteen limited edition reproductions. For two years, he demonstrated watercolor on a television show, "Sketching in Watercolour."
Time is now spent traveling, painting en plein air, and working in the studio on watercolours of landscapes, figures and still-life.
