Have you ever been curious about sound? How sound healing works or if it works? Then this event is for you!
Learn about some of the magic and mythos surrounding sound and the science of sound. Learn how sound affects the brain by altering brainwaves and how that, in turn, relaxes the body and nervous system. Afterwards, be guided into some gentle movement to drop into your breath and body. You'll be completely immersed in the healing tones of quartz crystal singing bowls.
Meet your host... Anna was drawn to music at a young age, feeling a deep connection with sound and music. When she attended her first sound bath as an adult, it immediately resonated with her. Knowing that healing could happen through sound in such an intrinsic and universal way, she began to incorporate her works as a yoga teacher with her love of sound to create experiences that include both movement and sound.
