FINDING GRATITUDE
Join us to alchemize your soul’s journey, step into your essence, and raise your vibration in the colorful gratitude & manifestation ritual inspired by the Q’eros people of the high Andes.
Feeling grateful carries one of the highest vibrational frequencies on the planet and opens us up to receive joy, love, abundance and life itself in a whole new way.
This evening we will go beyond the obvious, distilling the gifts and strengths we have developed as a result of challenges and difficult experiences in our lives. Recognizing and owning them fully allows us to shift from the lower vibrations of guilt, shame and victimhood into the radiance of gratitude for who we have become along this journey.
With the help of plants, sound and meditation, we will flow gratefulness through our cells, unifying the heart and the mind, the conscious and the subconscious - the only space where a true energetic shift is possible.
From this powerful vibrational space we will move into a Despacho Gratitude Ceremony in the spirit of the Q’eros, indigenous people of the high Andes. Together, we will create a colorful mandala made of flowers, herbs, shells, grains and other nature elements where each element is placed by participants intentionally as an act of gratitude and manifestation.
You will leave our gathering feeling rooted in your own essence and your own worth, open, aligned and inspired to receive and create.

Katya is a clinical herbalist, plant grower, naturopath, Earth lover and mama! In her private practice she relies on the healing powers of plants, their wisdom and generosity of spirit in guiding her clients on their journey to deep self-awareness and radiant well-being.
Katya is a founder of Warmicita Herbals (www.warmicitaherbals.com) - an organic herbal wellness line offering synergistic herbal wellness programs and seasonal health kits that empower people to own their health and vitality. Katya leads plant medicine retreats, and loves teaching herbal medicine classes in her unique, highly experiential way.
