General Admission Tickets: Thanks to the generosity of Bampot House, we will have their back room in which to play BOTC. Tickets for this event include access to the game, a tutorial of the game Blood on the Clocktower if new players are in attendance, and a full playthrough of the game. Tickets also include a pot of tea and delicious bits from Bampot's High Tea menu. Tickets are priced and sold per person.
For this event, we will be playing the custom beginner-friendly script: Tea Time with Friends.,
Changeling Membership Admission: Our Changeling Membership includes event discounts for our paid subscribers. After just two events in a month, our members save, with a potential for over $80 in savings monthly! Each Membership ticket purchased must have a single individual corresponding Patreon membership subscription. Proof of subscription will be required at the door.
Food & Drink: In addition to the tea and nibbles included in your ticket, there is no minimum spend for this event, but supporting our hosts as able is encouraged. Bampot has an impressively extensive tea list available (with more alcoholic and non-alcoholic options), plus an excellent menu for snacks and full meals.
Attire: BOTC thrives on atmosphere and a mysterious setting; for this event, themed costumes are required. Think mismatched patterns, oversized hats, teacup accessories, and splashes of vibrant colour that blur the line between elegance and chaos. Together, we want to look like we've tumbled straight through the looking glass into a world where every outfit is a nod to tea, time, and a touch of madness.
What is Blood on the Clocktower? Blood on the Clocktower is an advanced version of the game Werewolf, and crucially the dead still have an important role to play in the game. The game is run by a Storyteller who has carefully crafted an experience and facilitates the game for up to 20 players. It is part deduction and part deception. Set in the little village of Ravenswood Bluff, players in the game assume different roles, each with unique abilities to hunt down the evil or stay hidden as one.
For new players, check out the tutorial video created by our head storyteller Jeremy, to learn the basics of the game ahead of the event. There will also be time at the top of the game to review rules and ask questions.
