Located in the "Tent in Trinity Park" during the BOPC
After General Macomb and Commodore Macdonough's major victory in 1814, the community came together to celebrate with a grand ball. Local residents and even the defeated red coat British prisoners were invited! The celebrate become the first Macomb Ball, and the tradition continues to this day at the Battle of Plattsburgh Commemoration.
