This is the second chapter of a two-part international forum exploring the future of security, resilience, and innovation in a rapidly evolving geopolitical landscape.While Part 1 (scheduled for 29 October 2025) focuses on cybersecurity, critical infrastructure, and public–private partnerships, Part 2 shifts the spotlight to responsible defence investment and space-based technologies.
Discussions will delve into ESG-driven approaches to defence innovation, cross-border funding mechanisms, and the role of satellite data in crisis response and dual-use applications. Bringing together thought leaders from Luxembourg, Ukraine and across Europe, the forum is designed to foster actionable collaboration at the intersection of security, finance, and technology.
