This lunchtime Sound bath is an opportunity to step away from the busyness of life and experience deep rest and restoration. I’ll start with a short introduction, sharing what to expect and the instruments I’ll be using. Then, you’ll simply get comfortable and relax as I play for around 40 minutes.
The soothing tones and vibrations of the instruments will guide you into a deeply meditative state, helping to release tension and restore balance.
