We live by a solar calendar but that wasn’t always the way….many cultures still honor the 13 moons for their holy days, rituals & celebrations.As women we are much more in sync with the flow of the moon and the seasonal gates of the year.The winter solstice is considered by some the beginning of the new year with the return of the sun.But it also ushers in Dreamtime, a deep pause in the winter.The Lunar year is honored in various cultures with traditions on 2/1 & 2/2.In the wheel of the year this is the halfway point between Winter & Spring, a time to start planting the seeds of intention, that have been gathered during Dreamtime. We will be weaving together several traditions to create our own ceremony for your intentions to bloom.Candlelight, meditation,red envelopes filled with your intentions of love for self or others, while being witnessed in a circle of sisterhood.what to bring:anything that supports meditation /comfort, Journal if you use one,a dish or a snack for the sharing table,heartfelt intentions.Exchange $25.
