Whether or not you have a valentine why not dedicate a special day to yourself 💚
A journey into healing the heart Chakra.
When we think of the archetype of the lover we may immediately think of someone else.
But are you your own lover?
Do you treat yourself with the same love, kindness, and respect as you would treat someone else?
Perhaps like me you are on a journey of learning how to love and care for yourself and become your own lover.
In this 3 hour workshop we will be focusing on healing the heart chakra.
💚Angelic cord cutting meditation - to disconnect with grace any energetic threads that still connect you to past situations, reclaiming your energy.
💚Heart chakra yoga practice bringing energy flow to the heart Chakra.
💚Self care journaling- Setting some intentions for self care.
💚Reiki healing experience- heal the heart and remove blocks on an energy level that keep us stuck in old patterns & behaviours.
