About Misty:
Misty is a somatic coach with three years of experience supporting individuals through nervous system–based healing and restoration. Grounded in a degree in addiction counseling and informed by an IFS (Internal Family Systems) lens, her work centers on bottom-up approaches that honor the body as a primary pathway to change.
With over a decade of meditation practice and formal training, she integrates somatic bodywork, nervous system education, and a deep passion for polyvagal theory to help clients reconnect with safety, resilience, and inner regulation. Her classes focus on nervous system training and restoration, offering practical tools to increase vagal tone, build capacity for presence, and gently unwind patterns shaped by stress, trauma, or addiction.
Through guided somatic practices, mindful awareness, and compassionate inquiry, clients learn to listen to their bodies, restore regulation, and cultivate lasting self-trust—creating change that is not forced from the top down, but organically grown from Within.
