The Love Dance is an empowering transformative embodiment practice designed to reconnect you to your soul’s essence, reset your nervous system and burn TONS of calories! It's a "PARTY" for your SOUL!
Goddess Kuhani will guide you on a journey into the radiance of your soul and the wisdom of your body. Through somatic ecstatic movement, music, visualization, affirmations, meditation and breathwork, you'll connect deeply with your inner-self, release blockages, and cultivate a sense of peace and clarity all while having tons of fun! Your experience is unique to your soul’s calling. The Love Dance connects you to your body, frees your expression, and awakens your inner sensuality. It's a vibe!
This is a Safe Space intended solely for biologically female participants over the age of 18. There is absolutely No Experience necessary. Come dressed to workout, bring water and a towel! Please arrive On Time. In order to maintain our safe space and minimize distractions, the door is locked at that start of class. Class begins promptly at 3:15.
