What happens when you go into a recording booth with a poet and an audio engineer?You leave with a beautiful and emotional archive for the future.
Amy will facilitate a short conversation and Q&A session about your relationship. This process does not need to be between lovers, it can also be a beautiful bonding experience between friends and family. You’ll then have time together to listen to music and enjoy each other while Amy writes you a custom poem. Keith will then record a special story or just a simple conversation that you want to remember and keep forever. Amy will return to the sound booth and read to you the poem that your connection inspired and then you’ll individually record one last secret message to your loved one. We will package it all into a digital file or CD to take with you. It’s something that will be a great source of comfort to listen to as time goes by.
These conversations and stories don’t need to be rehearsed or thought over too much. Please show up relaxed and be authentically you. Talk about your lives, the love you share. Be light. Be happy. Be sad. Be real. It’s all going to be amazing if you can just be there in the moment together.
You can expect to spend about an hour at the studio for your experience.
