About this Event
Step into the quiet power of the Winter Solstice with The Longest Night Solstice Sound Bath, a 90-minute immersive experience of sound, meditation, candlelight, and intention. The Winter Solstice marks the turning point of the year. It's both the longest night, and the moment the light begins its slow return. This gathering offers a space to pause, breathe, and honor that seasonal shift within yourself.
We’ll begin with a grounding welcome and a guided meditation designed to help you settle into stillness and connect with the energy of the Solstice. You’ll be invited to light a small candle as a symbol of your chosen intention for the coming season to serve as a quiet reminder of the light you carry, even in the darkest part of the year.
From there, you’ll settle into a deeply restorative sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, bronze bowls, chimes, and the gentle resonance of the gong. These tones help calm the nervous system, soften tension, and create space for renewal. The experience is spacious, slow, and supportive. A soft landing at the close of the year.
No experience is needed. Just bring yourself and your cozy items like a mat, blanket, and pillow and arrive ready to rest. Chairs, tea, and eye masks available.
Come be held in sound, stillness, and the quiet return of light.
