The word Savasana is Sanskrit for “corpse pose,” and is usually the last pose done in a yoga class. Both calmness and transformation can be found within this pose as it represents the idea of letting go and surrendering. It is an invitation to enter a state of
deep relaxation and connection with the micro/macrocosom.
This is your invitation to join Sarah McGuinn and Nanci Pritchard for a beautiful session of yoga, chanting and a long Savasana with sound bath.
Please bring your yoga mat, a blanket or bolster for under your knees, as well as another blanket to place over you, an eye pillow or anything else you may need to be comfortable as you move through yoga, sit and chant, and lie in Savasana.

Sarah McGuinn is a sound healer, incorporating crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, guided meditation, and heart energy to invite relaxation, safety, healing, and peace. She is a lifelong musician as well as long-time yoga practitioner and student of heart meditation.
