the lolas' collective presents: Bilateral Mentorship for Female Entrepreneurs and Future Leaders

the lolas' collective is committed to working with female entrepreneurs and future leaders to reach their fullest potential through our guided bilateral mentorship programs. We believe that having a mentor can make a world of difference to an individual's development and growth. Taking a community-based approach, our bilateral mentorship program is the 1st and only program that takes a guided, reciprocal approach where both the mentor and mentee have wisdom to share. Mentors and Mentees meet at our speed connector event where participants identify 5 individuals who they connected with. If both mentors and mentees have selected each other, we work on ensuring the fit is there for each match.

This four (4) month immersive program guides and grounds participants on specific skills to accelerate trust and build healthy progressive relationships.
Each session consists of teaching and guided group discussions.

*important : Ticket purchase is for mentee application and does not guarantee a spot as cohort sizes are limited and all participants are carefully screened. Ticket purchase must be made to initiate the application process, the lolas' collective team will connect with you and set up a time/date for intake call. If we are unable to offer you a spot in the session, your ticket cost will be refunded.
cancellation policy:
- Cancellations before Aug 26, 2024 will receive a credit for a future workshop or event to be used within 364 days.
- If not used within the 364 days, the credit is considered null and void.
- Cancellations from Aug 27, 2024 onwards, no credit will be issued.

Established in 2023, the lolas' collective is a visionary initiative co-founded by two executive female leaders. Recognizing a significant gap in mentorship, candid dialogue, and outcome frameworks for female-led early-stage entrepreneurs and businesses, they set out to create a platform that prioritizes sustainable business growth, combining expertise from large scale enterprises and entrepreneurial mindsets. At the heart of the lolas' collective is the belief that small businesses are the bedrock of innovation and the driving force of the economy.
