The Lodge is a free meetup every Wednesday at Curck Barn, offering a safe space for all women across Milton Keynes and beyond to openly discuss their emotions and experiences in a supportive environment.

As a mental health support group, we prioritize active listening, empathy, and confidentiality. Come and share your challenges, triumphs, and coping strategies while receiving validation and encouragement from our female community. Our aim is to foster connections, reduce stigma, and provide mutual support on the journey toward emotional well-being. Whether you're seeking guidance, solidarity, or simply a listening ear, you're welcome to join us as we navigate the ups and downs of life together.
