About this Event
Come join Olivia for a signature Liv Well Method mat pilates class hosted by Rails! The 50 minute class will be rooted in pilates principles additionally utilizing functional movement such as resistance training and mobility to strengthen & tone the whole body while optimazing your core. All levels are welcome!
After class enjoy complimentary refreshments & 10% off Rails collection.
Please arrive to class 15 minutes early (9:45AM) and bring your own mat + water
