The Liv Well Method x Rails Pop Up Class
Come join Olivia for a signature Liv Well Method mat pilates class hosted by Rails! The 50 minute class will be rooted in pilates principles additionally utilizing functional movement such as resistance training and mobility to strengthen the whole body while optimizing the core. All levels are welcome!

Please arrive to class 15 minutes early and bring your own mat + water
