About this Event
On July 4th, 2024, Draught Season will host the Lin Noir BBQ experience, a one-of-a-kind craft beer-inspired dinner featuring courses expertly prepared by former “MasterChef” finalist and New Orleans resident MasterChef Reagan Sidney.
Sidney will be using the Draught Season x Urban South “Summer Sipper” Pilsner as part of the recipe for each course.
Menu:
1st course: BBQ Shrimp with Garlic Crostini’s
2nd Course: Grilled Watermelon, Feta & Basil Salad with a lager Vinegarette
3rd Course: Smoked Beef Short Ribs or Smoked Airline Chicken over Grilled Corn Macaque Choux accompanied with Red Skinned Potato salad topped with Pineapple Coleslaw
4th course: White Chocolate Bread Pudding with a Blueberry Lager Compote
