🎅💪 Get ready to lift your way into Christmas!Join us at Soham Fitness Centre on Saturday 13th December for The Lift Before Christmas Event from 9am to 2pm!
We’re turning up the holiday spirit with festive challenges, prizes, and plenty of Christmas cheer!
Battle it out in male and female categories for some merry bragging rights and take on our main event: Santa’s Present Sack Deadlift! Prizes will be awarded to the male and female with the most reps!
That’s not all, test your strength with Santa’s Sleigh Pull, HO-HO-Hold Push Ups, Maximum North Pulls, and Blizzard Burpees for some extra festive fun!
🎫 Entry: £10 per person upon day of the event and anyone is welcome (you don’t have to be a member to take part and donate)
💜 Lifting for a cause:
50% of all profits will be donated to Andy’s Man Club, a brilliant charity supporting men’s mental health and suicide prevention which will be a massive support to people during the festive season.
The other 50% will be used to treat our amazing members, going toward a new piece of equipment for the gym as a Christmas present from us to you! 🎁💪
Any extra donations on the day will be more than appreciated and will go directly toward this incredible cause. 🙌
☕️ We’re also teaming up with @microbiome.cafe who’ll be there serving plant-powered, nutritious, wholefood snacks made with your gut microbiome in mind up until midday! 🌿
