At the same time, I witnessed so much misery, agony, and anxiety in the adults around me growing up, that I learned to put aside my dreams so that I could become a high-functioning well-adjusted adult. However, that created a big conflict and great doubts within me, with my outer reality and inner reality not matching.
๐๐ง๐ญ๐ข๐ฅ ๐จ๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ฒ, ๐ญ๐ก๐๐ญ ๐ฏ๐จ๐ข๐๐ ๐ ๐จ๐ญ ๐ฅ๐จ๐ฎ๐ ๐๐ง๐จ๐ฎ๐ ๐ก ๐ญ๐ก๐๐ญ ๐ ๐๐๐ ๐ญ๐จ ๐ฅ๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐ง ๐ญ๐จ ๐ข๐ญ.
I CHOSE to trust myself and trusted that Iโd be OK as I opened up to what was possible for me and my life. And years later, as Iโm writing these sentences, my life had gone far beyond what I could have dreamed of. Instead of feeling out of place in the world, I wake up everyday with clarity in purpose, and passion in actions.
