Garage Gaming is hosting its first 30K event, "The Liberation of Bucephala IV"This will be a 2 day narrative 30K extravaganza held over the weekend of 13th - 14th July 2024 at Hulls Angels Gaming Club.
Event Format:
4 x 3000 point games, 2 on each of the days.
Optional: 2 x 1500 point games of ZM in lieu of 1 of your 3000 point games.
List Restrictions:
To help us fit our small part of the galaxy into a narrative timeline; we’re going to say no named character or Primarchs and to help you make friends over the weekend, dreadnoughts will be limited to 1 per 750 points (so 4 max at 3000 points) and no “Fury of the Ancients” RoW.
So what can you expect?
4 x awesome narrative games of 30k, all games will be custom missions either written by ourselves or “borrowed” (with permission) from majestic events we’ve attended in the past (none of the standard book missions here, thank you sir), and selected custom deployment maps.
Lunch will be provided on both days.
Each participant will receive a small gift bag as a thank you for attending our very first soirée into the Horus Heresy event scene!
Awards for the following:
Best loyalist player
Best traitor player
Best army / hobby
What do we expect from you?
A fully painted 3000 point list taken from any of the current official publications, including PDF’s, minimum of 3 colours and based.
*Remember this is a narrative event and it won’t just be about tabling your opponent, you might want to up those line units…*
A named warlord with a bit of fluff. This could be a personal vendetta against someone else's warlord, or a particular faction you have some beef with from previous games; it doesn’t have to be war and peace, just something to add a little spice.

Tickets are priced at £45 each and we initially have 20 available with 10 each for traitor and loyalist factions.

1: £45 payment entitles you to one ticket as described above.
2: All payments to be made no later than 01/02/2024.
3: Refunds will be honoured up until the cut off date, see below.
4: No refunds will be available after 01/06/2024 unless at the special discretion of the Event Organisers.

Hull’s Angels Gaming Club is located in the city centre so there are numerous hotels and Airbnb's within walking distance of the club.
