About this Event
Set on a Greek island, Katherine Fleet's scorching novel "The Liars" concerns a cold case crime, which reignites as two stepsisters are reunited for the first time in twenty-five years. Twenty-five years since they went from strangers to sisters as teenagers at a house called Calliope. And twenty-five years since Abigail went missing and the sisters told their first lie. Writer and author tutor for The Novelry, Katherine Fleet joins us to discuss the inspirations and craft behind “The Liars”, which was sparked by a trip to the small Greek island of Paxos.
Sandon Literature Festival is proud to support Staffordshire Women's Aid who have been providing services against Domestic and Sexual Violence since 1976. All profits from the event will be donated to this registered charity.
