About this Event
Step into a world of timeless scholarship and impact at the Public Interest Law Association's Lex and Letters Soiree! Drape yourself in the allure of elegance and mystery for a night filled with reverence, as we all support a noble cause.
Our Letters and Lex Soiree aims to raise essential funds for six dedicated fellows who will be undertaking unpaid public interest legal internships over the summer. Your presence and support will empower these future legal advocates in their pursuit of justice and equity.
But the night’s brilliance does not end there. We are thrilled to announce that we will be honoring three distinguished leaders in the legal field, whose unwavering commitment to social justice inspires us all.
Join us in celebrating the remarkable achievements of:
- Alice Davis – Catholic Migration Services
- Moira Meltzer-Cohen and Cohen & Green
- Carolyn Coffey – Director of Litigation for Economic Justice at Mobilization for Justice
Start the evening at 6pm with a cocktail hour in The Beacon, followed by the main event at 7pm in the Community Room. As you step into the ballroom, where a feast awaits, accompanied by the hypnotic rhythms of our talented DJ.
With each ticket priced at $55, your contribution not only grants you access to an unforgettable night of dancing and celebration but also goes directly towards supporting our fellows and their invaluable work.
