As we complete 2025 and begin 2026, what part of yourself would you like to let go of?In this workshop marking the New Year, you’ll be guided through a process to:
*identify a version of your self that you have let go of or would potentially like to let go of
*identify the positive purpose that part of you has served
*write an obituary-style article detailing the facts and feelings honoring that part of yourself
*decide how you want to let go
