The Swanee Theatre Presents: The Legacy Motown RevueSaturday, March 21
Doors open at 7 p.m. Show begins at 8 p.m.
Age for entry is 18+
The Legacy Motown Revue was born from bandleader Stan Stigall’s longtime dream to honor the legendary groups he grew up admiring. After touring as music director and pianist for Bill Pinckney’s Original Drifters, Stan’s passion for preserving this musical era grew even stronger—especially following the passing of his friend, Bill Pinckney. That passion led to the creation of THE LEGACY, a tribute dedicated to the timeless sound of Motown and classic soul.
Celebrating the music that shaped generations and gave Detroit its cultural heartbeat, THE LEGACY brings audiences back to the unforgettable era of The Temptations, The Four Tops, The Drifters, The Jacksons, Earth, Wind & Fire, and many more. Featuring dynamic vocalists, signature choreography, and a powerhouse six-piece horn band, the show transports fans to one of the most influential periods in American musical history.
Founded on July 4, 2010, The Legacy Motown Revue is proudly owned and operated by Much Moore Entertainment—proving that soul music isn’t just history… it’s The Legacy.
