Join Jennifer Hawkins, Founder of Launched Performance and creator of The Shift Method™, for the first-ever Leadership Kitchen™: Recipe for Leadership Experience. A half-day immersive leadership workshop where the heat of the kitchen becomes a mirror for the challenges of real-world leadership.

This unique, hands-on event blends strategic leadership lessons with collaborative cooking to help you discover how you and your team perform when things get hot.

11:30 AM – 1:00 PM | Workshop + Light Appetizers
Start with workbook-based leadership lessons and guided discussion led by Jennifer.
You’ll explore The Recipe for Leadership Framework™ the five stages of leadership growth inspired by the culinary process:

1. Mise en Place where you gather your ingredients and learn strategic preparation and self-awareness
2. The Heat which is the cooking phrase which shows us resilience, adaptability and emotional control
3. The Simmer which amplifies letting things rest for reflection and conscious decision making
4. Seasoning or refining to taste showing us the need for proper feedback, communication and leadership growth
5. Plating where we present the meal illustrating executive presence and storytelling

1:00 PM – 2:30 PM | Cooking Experience
Step into the kitchen and put leadership into action.
The group will receive a mystery basket of ingredients.
One person will take the role of Executive Chef, casting a clear vision and guiding the team toward the goal:
➡️ The end product must be tasty
➡️ Every ingredient must be used
➡️ The entire team must collaborate to make it happen

Teams will then decide how to bring that vision to life, learning what it takes to empower others, trust creative problem-solving, and lead without micromanaging.

2:30 PM – 3:30 PM | Reflection, Debrief, & Action Planning
Gather around the table to share your meal and discuss what unfolded under heat.
Jennifer will guide a debrief session around trust, communication, and creativity, translating kitchen lessons into leadership insights.
You’ll leave with clear, actionable strategies for developing leaders around you, not just followers.

Before you go, you’ll complete a short Survey Reflection and have the opportunity to share your takeaways, testimonials, and photos from the day.
