Join faculty member and True North Leadership certified instructor Tricia Montalvo Timm at the 1440 Multiversity campus for our next Lead Well Workshop called The Leadership Compass: Charting Your Course with Authenticity & Purpose, where during an all-inclusive experience in the redwoods you will practice unraveling your true self while finding your voice and passion, and how to turn it into impact.
Tricia is on a mission to inspire anyone who has ever felt like an "other" at work to embrace their true selves, own their identity and achieve success and fulfillment in their life and career. A first-generation Latina and woman of color in the workplace, the award-winning business leader and author is deeply passionate about creating spaces of belonging. Through her workshops and new book Embrace the Power of You: Owning Your Identity at Work, Tricia shares insights about the journey to self-acceptance, starting the process of revealing your authentic self at work after keeping it hidden, how to be an inclusive leader, creating empathy, and more. Part of the knowledge toolkit that attendees will receive is a copy of her book to help you continue your learning after the event.
In this immersive three-day, two-night workshop, you will:

- Discover your purpose and get equipped with the tools you need to translate your purpose into action

After this Lead Well Workshop, you will return to the workplace feeling inspired to lead with purpose and authenticity so that you can Work Well and Live Well in all areas of your life.
