THE LATIN SOCIAL at American Dream, hosted by NJ Salsa at Dream Bar, happens on Sat, June 29th!!
Join us for one of our favorite events, where you can have a cocktail, take a dance lesson, meet new people, listen to great music and have a memorable time!
Music
For the first time at American Dream, we bring you Grupo K'ndela, a live 10 piece Salsa orchestra! There's nothing like live music, and Salsa is one of the most intricate genres of music! Come and experience the excellence of Grupo K'ndela as they play some of the most iconic Salsa songs! Whether you're a fan of live music and you want to watch as 10 musicians work together to create beautiful layers, or whether you're a dancer and you'd like to be on the dance floor while the band is playing, this event is for you! The band will be playing a solid one hour set beginning at 10pm sharp, so don't be late!
When the band stops playing, our DJs begin playing, and they'll be spinning the best Salsa, Bachata, Merengue, and Latin Top 40 all night to keep you on the dance floor! Music will be powered by DJ Trackmaster & DJ Frank!
Bachata Lessons
We'll be offering a Bachata lesson at 7:30pm and a Salsa lesson at 8pm, with NJ Salsa Director, Steve Santos!
Brand new to dancing?! Take the beginner-friendly lessons beginning at 7:30pm! Are you an experienced dancer?! We'll layer the lessons to give even some of the most seasoned dancers some new moves!

We'll be announcing performances as we get closer to the event.
Seating, Food, and Drinks
Dream Bar is a full cash bar with the capacity for beautiful and exclusive cocktails, as well as a wide selection of beers and wines.
Empanadas will be on sale for those who'd like a quick bite, or if you prefer to come early for a full meal, try one of the delicious restaurants located in Area A of the mall including Jarana for Peruvian, House of Q's for BBQ, and Yard House for American Fusion.
At Dream Bar, where our event is hosted, there is plenty of seating available on a first come, first serve basis, or if you prefer to reserve a table near the dance floor, shoot us an email at least one day before the event.
