Here in Eastern PA, we all know how long and grey these winter months can be. I am personally taking a ton of vitamin d and saffron to help keep my spirits up and my body working through the darkness. But what has served me best through times of literal darkness is what I will be sharing in on Saturday with the amazing Jessie Mino from Good Vibes Wellness.
Jessie brings her wisdom of ceremony and working with Cacao according to the ways of those who have used it in ceremony for centuries in regions of the Amazon and Andean mountains.
There’s a healing and expansive quality to Cacao and Jessie is a deeply connected doula and a midwife to the experience.
