About this Event
The Landscape Within is a 4-week creative wellness series hosted in partnership with Newfields, blending art-making, reflection, and community connection.
Facilitated by Allie Bishop, a licensed art therapist from Art of the Heart, this group invites participants to explore their inner worlds through accessible creative practices, no art experience necessary.
Each session will take place in the gardens at Newfields, incorporating prompts connected to seasonal shifts, emotions, identity, and personal growth. We’ll explore a mix of guided art invitations, simple mindfulness tools, and optional discussion, offering a supportive space for curiosity, self-expression, and rest.
This creative series is an open invitation for anyone seeking creative nourishment and meaningful reflection in community.

- When: Monday evenings in October (10/6, 10/13, 10/20 & 10/27) 5-7PM
- Where: Newfields | 4000 Michigan Road, Indianapolis, IN (more direct info will be sent before start of group)
- Facilitated by: Allie Bishop, MA, LMHC, ATR, Art Therapist & Founder of Art of the Heart
- Cost: $180 for all 4 sessions, $55 per session
- Who it's for: Open to adults 18+, all genders & backgrounds welcome; no art experience required.
- All necessary materials provided.

Investment:
$55 per session, bundle all four sessions for $180 ($40 discount)
HSA/FSA funds are also accepted forms of payment.

Group will only take place if a minimum of 8 people sign up. Refunds will be provided if group is cancelled due to low registration
